What software applications do you support?
Properly prepared - Adobe Acrobat PDF files are the very best & most reliable way to deliver your digital documents to us. We also support most popular Windows/Mac applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel, CorelDraw, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

What is the standard turnaround time?
Many of our customers require same day turnaround. Our machines are fast and our copy specialists are experts at meeting deadlines. Please call for more details.

What size paper can you print to?
We can copy or print on letter size (8.5" x 11"), tabloid size (11" x 17"), 12" x 18" for full bleed 11" x 17" prints, and 13" x 19". Color laser printing leaves a small border around the edge of your page, so please remember to allow for an unprintable margin. Color posters and banners up to 36" wide by any length can also be made to match your copies.

What are the paper choices?
For color copies we use Navigate Photo White paper, which has been specially formulated for brilliant color. For black and white copying we offer a wide range of paper colors and weights, including 28 lb text, 60 lb and 80 lb cover and 90 lb and 110 lb index. All papers are available with 1 or 2 sided printing up to 13" x 19". We also offer 10 and 14 pt C1S Gloss Kromekote on our Konica Bizhub 6500.

Can you bind or finish my materials?
Yes! We offer custom trimming, 3-hole punching, folding, stapling, GBC, Double-Wire and Plastic Coil-Binding. If you have a special need, just give us a call and we will tailor a solution to meet your needs. For large prints and banners we offer mounting, laminating, and grommeting.
